The November Consumer Sentiment and Inflation Expectations report for the Commonwealth was released today by Roanoke College’s IPOR.

Virginia Real Estate Index released

The third Virginia Real Estate Index was released today by Roanoke College’s IPOR.

Above are the current (now vs. last year) opinions of sellers and buyers in each region. A value of zero suggests that an equal number of respondents are optimistic as pessimistic. The black link indicates a thriving market.
